We are often asked if we offer gift vouchers by guests who have already stayed with us as they would like to gift the experience to friends and family. The short answer is, YES, WE DO! For more information please read below and get in touch if you have any further questions.

Give someone special a gift of ‘time and space in an unusual place’, or treat yourself to an escape in our wildflower meadow.
Choose the amount you would like to gift. The recipients of the gift voucher can add to their stay, you don’t have to pay for all of it. You can give a gift voucher for any amount you choose. Below will give you an idea of pricing for a two night min stay in a roulotte for two and additional wellbeing options.

Pricing for a stay in Devanna, Karlotta, Gitana, Maharani, Shivanni, Zenaya (two night minimum)

Two night stay high season (July, Aug) weekend - £158.00 per night; midweek - £140.00 per night

Two night stay mid and low season (Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec) weekend - £153.00 per night; midweek - £133.00 per night

Wellbeing Additions to enhance a stay at Roulotte Retreat

Devanna has a wood fired eco hot tub - £100.00 (2 nights exclusive use)

Gitana has an outdoor wood fired copper tub - £100.00 (2 nights exclusive use)

Zenaya has an outdoor wood fired copper tub - £100.00 (2 nights exclusive use)

Maharani has a wood fired eco sauna (with panorama window looking out towards sunset) - £100.00 (2 nights exclusive use)

Other roulottes are Karlotta, Shivanni and Rosa Bella.

Rosa Bella roulotte is for 2-4 with two double beds. We also welcome guests in Rosa Bella with one well behaved dog. Please enquire for prices or look at our website for dates as pricing is different for a stay for 1-2 guests or 3-4 guests. There is an additional payment of £10.00 per day for a dog.

Horseshoe Cottage and Ruby Bowtop with additional eco sauna. We welcome guests into the cottage with up to two well behaved dogs. There is an additional payment of £10.00 per day per dog. Please enquire for prices for Horseshoe Cottage and Ruby Bowtop. There is a 3 night minimum stay with this accommodation. The eco sauna with panorama window facing over the fields towards sunset is an additional £115.00 for 3 nights exclusive use.

How to organise the gift voucher

Just decide on an amount and be in touch with us to let us know via the contact email page. We shall then send you our details so that you can create payment. We require the name of the gift recipient and your address so we can send you the gift voucher. The voucher has images and our contact details on one side and blank for your personal message on the other side. The recipients of the gift voucher can then choose which roulotte they would like to escape to and their preferred dates and simply ring or email us to book their stay.

Gift vouchers are valid for 9 months from date of purchase and can be used at any time throughout the year depending on availability, but excluding Valentine’s Day/weekend, Christmas, Hogmanay time. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special offers, deals, events, etc. Gift vouchers are for the recipient and can only be transferred by prior arrangement and agreement with Roulotte Retreat.

Gift vouchers can only be used by guests 18 years or over for individual stays only. Roulotte stays are two night minimum and self catering.

All bookings made with gift vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of Roulotte Retreat, which can be seen on our website at the footer on the home page.
